Literrally threw together what I had!

Boil Chicken in seasoned water (Trader Joes Everyday Seasoning, Cayenne, Joes Cajun Seasoning) and Sautee Squash with minced garlic

Shred the Chicken

Add Salsa, (1 Tsp Cumin, 2 Tsp Cayenne, More Everyday Seasoning) to a heated pan

Warm up Tortillas (Cheese optional)

Add Chicken & Squash to the tortillas

Top with your fav guacamole (I just added Wholly Guacamole- Spicy)

Went to Yardhouse yesterday and after being really indecisive because of their ginormous selection of food, I decided on the Ahi Crunch Salad. I was REALLLY Happy with my choice, the Ahi was delicious and the dressing was SOOOOO GOOD! Light and tasty, my favorite kind of dressing. Also, it had a great Crunch to the salad from the wontons- YUM. Usually I am not a fan of any slaw, but this salad made me change my mind! A+!

Zenko’s Sushi, in Mission Viejo has the BEST LOBSTER ROLL.

Usually when I go there, I end up ordering 4+ Lobster rolls! They top off a roll with big chunks of lobster, spicy mayo, and eel sauce - definitely a rich roll, but SOOO worth it!

Love this AYCE because they include all appetizers and specialty rolls :)

Oregano’s is known for their pizza’s and ginormous portions, but I am still thinking about the amazing bruschetta and the chicken salad. Not only do they give you WAY more then your money’s worth, the food was amazing.

I got the “Oregano’s Favorite” ”Salad & added chicken.The  chicken salad came with a delicious honey vinaigrette, officially in my top 5 favorite Salad Dressings- EVER..Chicken was a deliciously moist mountain of shaved chicken, greek style.

(Believe it or not, this is the Jr. Size!)

They were SO Right, the Oregano’s Favorite IS now a favorite of mine

The bread on the bruschetta had great toasty crunch, met with a perfectly doughy center

We also got the “Boom Dip”, artichoke, spinach, cheese dip - Yum!

The best part though was the their shirts, I did a double take because I thought I misread the shirt.
